Default Question about installation

I was planning to be at home when our Sky TV is installed this weekend, but
I won't be able to so my parents are stuck with it and panicking like mad.

I have a few questions for those of you who have had it done. When they
come, do they ask you where the minidish can be placed, does it need to go
anywhere specific?

I assume once it is placed on the wall, the wire is then run through the
wall into the front room to the digibox?

Also the phone socket, we have lots of phones in the house with various
adapters - the closest phone socket already has 2 phones connected to it, do
Sky bring adapters with them to allow all the phones to be connected up?

Thanks for any help.

In my experience, yes on all three counts.
