Perhaps Sky have managed to collect a batch of duff boxes that should
hopefully last just the 12 months as well and then go faulty leaving the
subby the shell out full price.

I prefer "perhaps Sky have a batch of boxes that they'll knock out with a
dodgy piece of software code download just after the 12 months".

Hasn`t this been the deal with sky for a long time now?

This offer includes a £1 saving on installation and a one month saving
on the subscription when compared with the regular Sky offer.

You do have to buy the paper twice @ 70p

Not really wizy, 70p x 2 £1.40

you save a month subs @ £39.00?

Sky is looking for more upmarket subscribers, the red top readers were
unreliable payers (Allegedly) ;-)

The trouble with "more upmarket" subscribers is that they tend to want to
watch "more upmarket" programmes.

I'm not sure Kay Burley asking Rebecca Loos if David Beckham is circumsized
qualifies? Or "Ibiza Uncovered" for that matter?

True, though it should be possible to find some used copies somewhere,
I think.
