Default Getting Yellow house card and setting BBC regional progs.

The message
from (fair4all) contains these words:

Hi guys and girls, got my dish all set up thanks for your help!

Got 2 questions:

1) I have the old sky card, and need to get the yellow house card to
get the other FTV chanels. I have read that I can uses the Pout-TV
method for a £15 subscription which would automatically have the card
sent out.
Does the card get sent to the registered sky card holder or does it
get sent out to the address you provide them. The reason why I ask, is
that I bought my digital sky package from someone who has gone abroad
and his sky subscrition ended in 2002. When he had sky it was
registered at another address.
Does the pout-tv method still work?

Hello - my first post here. I'm hoping the pout method still works!
Would rather not have had to sign up for a porn channel but needs must..
I have the old card. I had and am still having trouble getting onto
www.pouttv.co.uk - the status bar on IE only goes half way then sticks.
However... by googling, found the pout registration page and signed up.
Trouble is, it didn't have any details of cost, etc although I've read
about it previously. There was only the option of monthly or annual
payment, so I chose monthly thinking I would cancel it when the card
hopefully arrived. Is it £15 and have I signed up for the right
thing?! g

Thanks,
