Default Picture Quality on Tremors - UK Sci-Fi

Hi,

I was overjoyed to see that UK Sci-Fi were screening the new show Tremors:
The Series this week.
I recorded both episodes via my Sky+ on Wednesday night but upon watching
was gutted to see the abysmal picture quality. I was really surprised given
its a new show and not an old recording that's been knocking around for
years!
There was no sharpness and images were faded and blurry. Is this common for
UK Sci-Fi do you think or down to the actual episodes received by UK Sci-Fi?

Regrads,
Graham.

Watched the first one, thought it was so lacklustre I didn't bother with
the second one. Pity, I liked the films too.

As for the picture quality it didn't look any worse or better than any
other US prog to me, such as Angel or Charmed, say.

Regards

Mark
