Radio - help please

Where is the most accurate and up to date list of radio stations which
are carried on the Sky EPG (with their relevant channel number) - plus any
other UK stations such as Caroline which are not on the EPG but which can be
heard on Sky?

Or maybe there is there a web site where I can find this info ?
