Default SKY NEWS knows no confidentiality

Why would SKY NEWS report on this? Especiall the part where it TALKS about
who was going to be spied on? Here, read the report taken from SKY's
website itself:
SPY SATELLITES BLOWN UP

Japanese controllers have blown up a rocket carrying two spy satellites
shortly after take off.

The decision was made after an "unspecified problem" with the rocket, said
Japanese broadcaster NHK.

A spokeswoman for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency said the cause was
under investigation.

The satellites were to have been used to spy on North Korea.

Japan's neighbour is believed to be developing nuclear weapons.

The destruction of the rocket is a setback for Japan's space programme.

It was the third major launch failure for Japan's space programme and is
likely to severely damage confidence after a series of successes.

The programme suffered two successive and expensive launch failures in 1998
and 1999.

It is also a major embarrassment just weeks after neighbouring China put a
man in space.

The Japanese rocket was launched from the tiny island of Tanegashima, 620
miles south of Tokyo.

The satellite deployment was planned after North Korea's 1998 test-firing of
a Taepodong ballistic missile, which passed over Japan.

Sky reported it just like many other news sources at the time.

However confidentiality isn't an issue - afterall we told the USSR we
had missiles pointed at it. Part of that disclosure was to deter them
from attacking the rest of the World. The same is surely true of spy
sats?

In the same way North Korea now knows the Jap spy sats have blown up so they
can now concentrate more on their nuclear programme without getting busted.

I am sure there are a good few US spy satellites keeping an eye on
that.
