Extention cable

Hi,

I've tried a search but can only find 1 site that sells a kit to allow me to
extend my sky cable from the dish. Sky "kindly" left about 2 foot of cable
through my wall when it was installed, but I want to move my TV to the
otherside of the room.

Where is the best place to get a cable (3m to 5m) which will be able to
screw into the sky box at one end and the existing cable at the other end?

Also, If Sky+ has a dual LNB, does it have a dual cable into the box?

I was surprised to discover that Argos sell them. 534/2622.
