Just tried to re-install my old Sky box in another room and have discovered
that I no longer get the FTV channels. I have a dark blue viewing card with the house logo on it . This set-up was working before I had to use it as my main system whilst waiting for my Sky+ box to be fixed. Sky paired the old box with my current viewing card until the Sky + box was returned. How can I get it too work again? Tried doing a new install and software download but still no luck TIA Gordon |

The card needs to pick up the authorisation codes it has missed while packed away. |
