Thanks for the very useful FAQ.

By the way, maybe you should update item 45 as follows:

That interactive red button drives me mad. What can I do?

Push the "back up" button to make the red dot disappear for a while.
Or press the red button then quickly press backup
before the interactive stuff loads. The red dot will be gone until you
change channels. This doesn't work for the BBC channels.
Or, if you have Sky+, press pause then play after about a second. This
always works.

I specifically don't include the Sky+ in the FAQ as it is covered
elsewhere. I suppose that as Sky hope that the Sky+ will be the
default box soon then changes to the FAQ will have to be made.

Your short item is worth inserting though, and I shall do so.
