Hi
i currently have plain ordinary sky with a cable from my dish on the roof into my attic and down to my living room. The cable is plastered in and while I am keen on getting sky + I am very loth to put a new channel up the wall. Jomtien mentioned a few weeks ago that it might be possible to get around this and after a bit of surfing I think I have found a solution. 1/ get sky + installed, but in preparation I would pre install a Diplexor in the attic to combine the signals from the new LNB. 2/ fit same in living room to do same in reverse before going into new sky + box The question is , has any one else done this or similar and will it work ?? Cheers David Mckreel |

The people who make that thing I saw certainly think that it works. I would expect some loss of signal but as long as it is strong enough to start with that shouldn't be a problem. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these. IIRC they are about £150. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.
