Default Help with my grundig box

Hi, i've spent the last 2 hours trawling the net and various groups trying
to find some answers, hopefully someone can help. I recently reconnected my
Grundig digibox to my dish (its been disconnected for some months), however
now it seems to be buggered. When on the services menu i have the music in
the background but the picture in the background is corrupt and shimmering
many different colours, and when i try to watch any FTA channels there is no
sound and the picture locks changing only once every couple of seconds. I've
rebooted it, tried doing a forced software download but it just sat at the
'updating system software' screen for 20 minutes and did nothing. Signal
test shows about 3/4 strength but only 1/4 quality. i've jiggled the dish
according to some guides i've read, and thought i've got 0002 and 07d4 or
whatever its not helped. Any ideas ? Next thought is to replace the
coax.....

Just did a 'New Installation' on it and its recieving BBC1 but there's a
nice set of pink rectangles covering it, so you can see the picture behind
them sort of. Hope that helps :S

Dishes must be aligned correctly, preferably using a meter. "Jiggling"
isn't good enough.

Test your box on a dish that is known to be working and vice-versa.
Then do the software reload on a dish that is known to be working.
