Default SKY+ series link gone

The series link facility seems to be gone on my SKY+ box. any one else got
this problem. Is there a way to get it back.

I've noticed that alot of the series links on my planner have gone and it
wont let me put them back. It still lets me put a series link for at least
one thing Ive scheduled to record, however that one thing is a one off xmas
special.....
