Default £1 installation conditions?

I didn't realise until I went to sign up online for Sky+ that the £1
installation as an existing customer only seems to apply if I agreed to sign
up also for an extra subscription after having my digi box relocated. Is
this really true? (I don't want to move my digi box, apart from to the bin,
because it appears to be on its last legs anyway).
Also, the first installation date I was offered was January 15. In reality,
is it any quicker than that (yes, I know it's nearly Christmas)!

Wasn't true when I upgraded to sky+ last month. The deal then was they
would relocate the old sky box to another room if I wanted for free. I
didn't, just sold it to a co-worker. I seem to recall there was a special
deal on the second sub for a while also, but didn't pay to much attention to
it since I wasn't interested.

To reply, change @freeserve.co.uk -to- @yahoo.com
rant
Made the mistake of believing Freeserve ads 'Use the Internet as often as
you
like, any time you like' What they really mean is once in awhile, but not to
often, otherwise you get a nasty letter from Keith Hawkins - Consumer
