Help lost ITV

Hi,
i live in Belgium and have a sky (second) card.
I only want to see the channels ITV and Channel 4.
Until last sunday i could see those channels but now i get the message 04
This card is not Authorised.
Call the broadcaster for assistance.
I left the card 2 days on channel 4 but nothing changed.
Who can help?
Can someone call the broadcaster for me? If i call from Belgium they won't
help me.
Or can someone provide me with a new freeview card?

Replace your expired card yourself on www.free2view.tv
