Default New Features on DR software

Just wondering if anyone has discovered any new Features yet.... So far I've
got....

If you start recording a program 1/2 way through, it saves the whole program
to the planner

If you live pause something then press Record, you get the option to Save
Recording

If you mean red then back up, I can't comment as I have never tried this.
If you have Sky+ you can watch things on a one second delay to get rid of
the red dot anyway or just press back up.

I've tried this solution for disposing of the red dot, but it has a
flaw - if I pause live TV for, say, 30 seconds, after about 5 minutes
of viewing I get a message saying that I've caught up and asking me to
press the Sky button to return to live TV!
But if I do this, I find I've missed about 30 seconds of the
programme.
I tried an experiment recently - when I got this message I rewound the
recording, assuming that the 'live pause recording' would continue
past the point where I had just supposedly caught up to. Nope - when
it got to the same point as previously, I was told to press Sky again.
By this time, of course, I'd missed a minute or so of the programme.

It's almost as if the playback is running slightly faster than the
live signal. Which is odd.

Is your HD very full? I get this when I haven't got enough space left for
the full hour (or whatever I have it set to) live rewind.

So, let me get this straight. Say I've missed the first hour of a film,
I hit record, go to the Planner, start up the film and it will play from
the beginning...? Really? That's bloody brilliant if I'm reading that
right!

Doesn't that just the record the programme from point you hit Record?

Scott - dying to re-set up the television etc...

If you've been on that channel for that hour and have instant rewind set to
an hour, yes.

Pressing the Select button during playback now shows how much time is
remaining on the programme.

If you have two items recording, whilst you can view the TV Guide, you can
not press info to get the Synopsis of another program
