Default KISS - Using NTSC video's?

I just was listening to a track on MTV (or something) and then came across
the same track/video on KISS and it sounded like it was on helium. Anyone
know if they use NTSC video's?

Probably got the audio stereo Left Right / Mid Side switch wrong when
duped.

Even if they did the pitch change would only happen if they were using an
expensive DEFT style converter (which converts 30fp to 24fps which is then
played at 25fps) Otherwise the conversion would go straight from 30fps to
25fps with no duration/pitch change - as it is normally done in real time in
broadcast circles.

However it could be that - in common with some radio stations - some TV
music channels are speeding up their videos to play more an hour?

Steve
