Default CH4 - NO satellite Signal Being Received....

I have not been able to get any reception on CH4 for a few days now, all
it says is "NO satellite Signal Being Received". All other channels
work fine. I have tried resetting the box, and even forcing a software
download, and it's still the same.

Anyone else getting this? Or is is a known problem?

It's known. Normally, if you wait a few minutes, it comes on. Also happens
with E4.

Do you have any more details/suggestions? I have tried this, and it
does not help.

If you go to Ch 4 then go up one station then back down to Ch4 does it come
on then. I sometime have the same problem although not with Ch4.

Not really, but maybe Mick's idea will help you. You sometimes have to wait
two or three minutes before it kicks in.

Tried everything, Up, Down, leaving it (it was on all last night and not
a scooby.

I will phone Sky, but they will just try to sell me a new box I suspect.

Seems that may be your only solution. :-(
