Dolby Digital on Premier 4?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but why does Movies Premier 4 only ever
seem to have standard PCM audio, instead of Dolby Digital like the other
Premier channels?

I understand that they only have the necessary equipment to service 3
channels, which are now Sky Premier 1 2 & 3.

I'm pretty sure I recall seeing DD on Premier 3 a few nights ago.

A related question: what's going to happen with the rebranding of the
movie channels? I recently moved up to Sky+, and then upgraded my
subscription to include Premier 1,2,3,4 (from Sports World). I didn't
include MovieMax, as these currently don't broadcast in DD (and of
course it would make an even bigger price rise). When the reorganisation
occurs, am I still going to be able to receive all movie channels
capable of DD broadcasts with just the one of the movie suites?

Perhaps - I looked the other day and couldn't find any over the next
few days (from when I looked)
