You're not alone, I've just logged on to ask the same question. I've got
Sky+ too. I've tried it on the second box and it's fine. I thought it
might be some weird setting on the sound function, like surround sound or
something, but I facked with everything I could find on services but to no
avail. Just tried it again now (on the Sky + box), and it seems to have
fixed itself. I'm going to watch the second showing at 10pm on Sky Premier
2.

Regards,
Norm.

phew! just got Sky+ last Friday, was thinkin my box was banjaxed already.

same here with BHD, i noticed the 9pm showing had no dialogue, so i cancelled
the recording and set it to record the 10pm show. same problem.

just got in, and was watching the tail end of the 1.30am showing. dialogue was
present then.

very annoying!

Were you using the Dolby Digital output or the analogue output? - there
have been problems with the former.

remove the nospam and alter the 'at' to reply (but you knew that already)

I was tempted to trade in my Tivo for Sky+ but the number of
people who have trouble with Sky+ has really put me off.

I haven't got round to getting the right cable to link it to the home cinema
whatsit so this was using the normal cables and the scart to the TV.

It was only a one of as this is the 1st time a DD broadcast has been screwed
up for me. It was defintately on there end as they were for some reason
outputing it in DD 2.0 and thats why there was no dialog present. Then
about half an hour into it they probably couldn`t fix the problem and
changed it to normal stereo.
