I have a blue Sky Digital card, serial number 054 043 997 marked NDS
I have tried twice registering on the internet with Pout with no result.
I've had the card about 2 years, when I first subscribed to Sky. After a
year I left Sky and registered with the BBC for the free view. At that time
they had stopped sending out new cards and my existing one was registered
with Sky for free view.
6 months ago I had to buy a new box, and registered the card again, with
Sky, so that it worked in my new box.
What can I do to receive the free channels, if anything? I am heartily sick
of the almost continuous banner display!
Any help appreciated.
TIA
John T

How much time has elapsed since you last tried registering online with Pout?
If you got registration failed on their web site AND you used the correct address Sky think yr card is at,
and then if within 24 hours your card becomes "unauthorised",
then a new card will be sent to the address sky have yr card registered to.
Note the box, phone line are irrelevant but using the correct address is vital.
