Default reactivating unauthorised card to get FTV

I subscribe to sky and want a spare series 2 FTV card.

so i thought i could tell sky my replacement card had not yet arrived (even
though it arrived many months ago). i did this and they sent me a new card.

unfortunately the original replacement card became unauthorised so i couldnt
watch any channels including FTV.

is there anyway i can reactivate this card to get FTV?

many thanks

No. If you report a card broken/lost/faulty/stole/eaten by dog they disable
it and send you a new one.
They may be stupid, but that stupid they ain't.

After they send you a replacement, do they charge you for this, and if
so, how much?

£10, IIRC.
