the dog, would they send me another one ? Would the "eaten one" work as a FTV Card ?? they would tell you to start feeding your dog so he doesnt eat any more electrical equipment

No they will disable it, probably as you are speaking to them.... Think about it for 2 minutes and you will realize why...
