Default Lost all BBC and ITV channels

Has anyone else experienced the loss of these channels.

Sky tell me that it is because the BBC and ITV have changed transponder on
teh sat, and this means that the dish needs to be re aligned!

No other channels are affected on my box and the sig strength is full on!

Any help appreciated

please!

Thanks

Mark

When did this loss occur? The BBC transponder change was a few months
ago.

Looked at that and tried the suggested test, but I do not get ITV come up.

Will try to see if the box works okay on another LNB.

To try to track down the problem

Thanks for help.

See the FAQ. Notably the section relating to 22khz switching.

Good idea. I suspect that the lower band of your LNB is just dead.
