In the past, if I bought a ppv event / film I received a paper bill, which
showed any change to my standard monthly DD. I know they have stopped sending paper bills , but I can't find where I look for charges incurred Assistance please - doesn't appear to be in faq Thanks |

I apologise if I'm being totally stupid but when I do this the only thing I can find is the customer channel no customer service and this customer channel has eight boxes - which I've been through and none seem to give bill details. Where am I going wrong? |
