Default TV guide very slow

Just yesterday the Sky guide has slowed to being virtually unusable. Is
anyone else having this problem or knows the solution.

Many thanks

Put box into standby, turn off at mains, leave for 20-ish seconds, turn
power on, leave for 20-ish seconds, take out of standy.

Might help.

I had this problem too, twas checking the movies for the week
and had problems on the second sweep checking sky Cinema
2. I just hit standby without thinking and left it for a while and
all was okay again.

BTW, did I find any films this week? NO (again)
