NTL Dublin : Go Digital

Apologies if this post is classified Off Topic

In July I ordered NTL's Go Digital package here in Dublin
Eventually, they came out but they couldn't install it as they told me the
levels were low
They said someone would be out in 2 - 3 days to fix this and then I could
get Go Digital installed
They never came, and now they tell me they have no idea when they will be
out to do this, but when they do, they will phone me

Anyone else had a similar experience? Im desperate to get Sky Sports but you
cannot get it on analogue any more

NTL are the most inefficient company in the entire universe and maybe beyone
that even and they lose on opportunity to prove it so dont be surprised I
know that's not much consolation but its the truty in my experience
anyways..................
