OK,

I have VCR
DVD
Freeview

TV has 2 x scart

VCR has 2 x scart

Freeview (Old Nokia on digital) Box has 2 x scart

Can someone help me with connections please?

That'll let you play back and record on your VCR as well as watching
freeview.
You then have a spare scart on the TV for when you get a DVD player.
