Default Macrovision Remover

Hiya,

Just decided to backup a few old videos to dvd, but came a cropper with my
ati card, it appears to not want to let me with macrovision detected. Which
is fair enough, but since I cant buy these video's on dvd, and i wont watch
them on video, for various reasons, does anybody know of a cheap remover? Or
could somebody lend me one for a week?

Thanks,
--
Alex

Or someone post the hack details?
I could never find it although I believe it exists.

Apparently it works for the older cards, but the 9000 etc do it in hardware

The solution i decided on was move the video to where my hauppauge card is
and use that

Thanks all,
