Letters in a box
 

While watching a show I will occasionally get a black box with
letters/symbols on the TV screen sort of like the closed caption display but
I do not have that feature on and its only two letters. If I switch to
standyby and then back to Tivo it goes away. I have had this problem a few
times and was wondering if there is a permanent fix?
