It's FTV encrypted, but viewable outside the London postcode area as long as you have a valid viewing card paired to the box. -- Mark Please replace invalid and invalid with gmx and net to reply. |

Made in Leeds which should have started today is still showing promos but EPG shows it launching at 8 PM I had thought that would have been earlier in the day. Looking further on the EPG it does not look inspiring by the program names. I doubt that Joe Public will know about this new station as I've seen no announcements or adverts for it that JP would see. As it is being carried by Virgin will they have money in it and thus been advising their cable customers? Regards David |

What is the point of having them on the sat?

If they get stuck for cash, they could always launch an adult channel called

I'll stick with the audio-only advertising breaks, sudden changes of volume, and colour peculiarities of Sheffield Live. Mind you, I see they've been down to Bright House for a new studio coffee table. Bill |

Made in Leeds started last night.
It might as well have finished there as well. Nuff said? -- Woody harrogate three at ntlworld dot com |

Well Made in Leeds is on this morning and unimpressed is the first reaction. They have been doing Promos for a few weeks now and what they appear to be transmitting is an extension of the short promos into longer ones. I had expected a local news station at breakfast time was to be doing up to date local news. Technically only one problem so far is that for one comedy insert front sound goes off and sound comes out of my surround speakers at very high volume. Regards David |

Bill is missing nothing from this Leeds local, I never watch the shopping channels but even they are better than Made in Leeds. Regards +1 -- Woody harrogate three at ntlworld dot com |
