New setup
I just bought a home theater setup from Cambridge SoundWorks. It's their
Newton Theater MC300.5 system except that I switched the receiver from the Marantz 5300 to the Onkyo 601. While I haven't had the system wired in yet, I can report that the Onkyo receiver is HUGE: larger than I expected, especially back-to-front. It barely fits on one of the shelves under my 50 inch HDTV set. -- Brian Denley http://home.comcast.net/~b.denley/index.html |

I had to hack the back out of my cabinet so it could stick out the back... otherwise, I could never have cables connected and close the door! I replaced a TX-DS494, and that unit fit fine... -- ************************************************** ********************** * John Oliver http://www.john-oliver.net/ * * "For the wages of spam is death!" http://www.spamcon.org/legalfund/ * ************************************************** ********************** -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |
