I think there is a DAVE HD so you may be alright.

But the archeology will be out of date by then.

Correction: Some BBC3 and 4 programmes *were* shown on BBC HD. That
*has* now become BBC2 HD - so it's already no longer the case!

What was previously showing on Digiguide labelled as "BBC HD" is now
labelled as "BBC2 HD", with the same programming as normal BBC2.

Depends what you mean by 'normal BBC2'. If you are in Scotland you
get 'English BBC2' :-)

I didn't think BBC2 was regional anyway. Is it?

Rod.

My brain is starting to hurt.

In England it's not, however Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales
have their own versions, with a significant amount of opt out programming.

That depends on your view of the forthcoming referendum but I would
hate to introduce anything as vulgar as politics into this group :-)

I thought all that was going away under the guise of Delivering Quts First,
BICBW.

BBC One Scotland will launch in HD in 2012 across all platforms, in
line with the network. This represents an investment of £2m for
audiences in Scotland. BBC Two Scotland will be maintained in SD
until at least 2015 while we review its long-term future. However, we
are committed to maintaining the range and quality of the television
output we currently provide in Scotland.
