OT Escaped Lion?

A lion on the loose has been reported in the Clacton on Sea (Essex) area.

The local (BBC) radio has just reported that the Police have set up road
blocks!
Perhaps the Police believe the lion is driving a 4x4.

This is the same radio station that reported that snow is cold and white
and floodplains flood as headline news items.

Perhaps it's a god given opportunity for them to resurrect some old episodes
of 'Life with The Lyons'...

Well, quite. And what's all this about wild animals anyway?
This is a thread about a lost rechargable battery isn't it?

Anyone?

No?

Just me then. I'll get my coat.

Yes! LOL

I once hit a deer, and it did a lot of damage.

I saw the result of somebody hitting a deer in the USA. He put it in
his boot and drove off.

Illegal in the UK - It amounts to 'hunting with a vehicle'.

However if someone else hits the deer then it's roadkill and help
youself time...

I once hacked a rear leg off a (freshly dead) deer by the road
approaching Rannoch Moor...

Why don't they publish this alleged lion photo so we can judge for
ourselves?

Perhaps the photographer has sold exclusive rights to it.

The thread is OT but it is about an escaped lion. I've not seen
anything about a lost battery but I don't follow many threads.

Perhaps it is a robot lion powered by you-know-what.
