Looks as if the as yet 'unsold' 5th HD DTT slot will carry an HD simulcast of
Ch 301 during the Olympics

Freeview HD until after the Olympics.

Freeview HD until after the Olympics.

The rest of us have just not been that lucky

At least I can watch the sports I want to - which will NOT be the ones that
the BBC are showing on BBC1 or BBC2.

Very true.

I don't follow sports, but I find some of the less popular events at the
Olympics to be much more interesting than the "mass-market" ones.
