Thomson DV3 250 retune problem
 

I've just done a retune on a Thomson PVR. It claims to have done a sw
upgrade, but now after searching for channels without the aerial in
and then doing a tune, all channels appear but numbered from 801 up
with all muxes being together in the EPG (not BBC1 = 1, bbc2=2,
ITV1=3). There are no options to rearrange this and now the favourites
feature has also disappeared.

Any advice on getting the programmes re-ordered, please?

I have a Thomson DT16300 PVR running the latest TUTV software and it has
exactly the same problem. I tried Googling for a solution but your post
seems to be the only reference to this specific issue.
