Freeview from Tacolneston? I recently did a re-scan, and it didn't show
up.

No, it won't, it's only available on satellite.

You can watch it online too, though not in HD, and a few programmes are not
shown on the internet stream.

Correct. The HD version of NHKWORLD was not put into the EPG until after
CH4 HD arrived. Before that Ch 209 was NHKWORLD SD only.
