ITV showing wrong EPG

Even though ITV have cancelled/postponed tonight's Corrie, the EPG (at
least on Hannington Freeview) is still showing it as the current
programme. If they are going to change the schedule, they should change
the EPG as well.

Oh, and by the way, a dozen people have been wantonly shot dead in
Cumbria today.

There have been 21 homicides in Flint, MI so far this year.

Is that any less tragic?

No, but in one go by a single deranged individual?

Which raises the obvious question, is it more tragic if
the act is committed by somebody who is deranged or by
somebody who is not deranged?

And what evidence is that the person who committed this
act in Cumbria was deranged?

Why some people are going on about the Cunbria tragedy I don't know.
This isn't the place. Regarding the EPG thing, our PRV was set to
record Corrie at 9pm on series link. When I attempted to record two
other things at 9pm there was a clash. The box said it had to record
Harry Hill at 9pm, so obviously the series link for Corrie had
included the Harry Hill substitute programme. I attempted to delete
Harry Hill, but this was impossible. The box was confused. However the
box happily accepted the two additional bookings at 9pm. I was tempted
to leave it at that to see what happened, but in the end I went into
the list of 'timers' to find that Corrie was listed there, not Harry
Hill. I was able to delete it, and when I went back to 'Guide' Harry
Hill had been removed.

I am one of those odd Freesat viewers, my EPG was up to date. It was not
until I looked at the news channel (been out all day) that I realised
why Corporation Street had been cancelled/postponed.

He clearly felt angry and disenfranchised, but so far there's
little evidence he was deranged.

Who's to say a feeling of existential pointlesslessness to life
is insane?
A epitomised in the movie "Network" which was made 34 years ago

'I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!'

34 years later the pressures of society are undoubtably higher and growing

With the growing population and continuing decline in the value of life and
being
by our society, i would expect more similar events to occur.
