Labour costs for 3-bed house system, multi-room TV/FM/DAB/Sat?

I'm involved in working out labour costs for wiring a vacant 3-bed
(really 2.5 bed) urban London house with TV/FM/DAB/Sat around the
Proception proSTR5S kit from CPC, and also installing network and phone
sockets around the place, most surface mounted and wiring under the floor.

In fact, the work has been done straightforward in 4 days 'ish, and the
'contractor' (er, me) is puzzling how much roughly he should VAT invoice
the client (a mate) for getting it all done. Would like to skin him just
enough so that he still buys me drinks in the pub, so can't be too
excessive like I am when designing crappy office software.

So what's the ball park? Admittedly I'm a bit lazy to ring around and
ask for comparative quotes from local firms, and probably would give the
game away if they wanted to look on site.

Roughly the hourly rate for a spark round your way - probably £25ph in the
City / West End down to £15ph in Peckham - say thirty hours at £20 = £600

At £15ph in Peckham, you've either struck gold or bagged a cowboy.

I'd be looking at £25ph outer London, £40 inner London and £20+ suburbs.

But remember the question was how much should he sharge a mate (who might
pay cash...)

Sadly for him, my invoice for labour includes tax. I've had a date with
the VAT lady, and hiding nothing is unfortunately the only way we get on
after running out of tea and biscuits.
