Why is Bush HD Freesat cheaper?
 

Noticed at £59 at Argos.
Other boxes with HD appear to start at £99.
Thought almost all boxes were same maker, are these Bush ones repaired ones
or cheaper insides?

The clue is in the name. You could perhaps end up maying more for a
box identical to the Bush, but will have a more..... upmarket name.
You pays your money, you takes your choice.

Haven't seen these boxes, but typically Bush brand boxes have fewer
connectors, no modulator, lower spec's etc.

Umm what can you do with that Ethernet port I wonder? Nice to see a serial
port though, presumably to allow Firmware upgrades when you've managed to
hose the box, or missed a crucial one being transmitted.

I got the Bush for £ 48 on eBay, it works pretty well but there are some
glitches, but overall worth the money.

I think BBC iPlayer is "coming soon" for Freesat boxes.
