Use the magnifying glass on the right and then drag the picture down, you can even see the clothes pegs still on them, it looks like some wag/s has managed to somehow get onto the roof and plant a them down a couple of chimney pots! |

I think you are right in that one of these objects is a clothes dryer viz. the one with the extra umbrella like struts. The remaining object is a Cobwebb aerial, I am sure of that. The owner seems to have a sense of humour and I understand why the OPs friend went for his camera. Any chance of a clearer picture?
