It's clearly not a consumer item, but for engineers who need early
access to receiving DVB-T2, wonder if it could be done cheaper with USRP?

As a general principle it's unwise to buy the "very first" of
anything.
Version 3* usually has most of the bugs removed.

*read 5 for M$ products
