Bull shit from sky cancellations
I've just cancelled my sky+ and mutiroom in favour of freeview.
The advisor at sky has told me I MUST keep my sky+ connected to receive freeview. I explained to her the platform was totally different etc, in the end she said she used the term "freeviewing". She then went on to tell me freeview was to end next year in my area...she started getting a little annoyed when I told her that was analogue in my area. She then insisted I would need a new roof aerial...she finally shut up and let me cancel when I explained hd was on its way to freeview next year. I wonder how many they con in to staying with them with this bull? |

I wonder how many they con in to staying with them with this bull? You were both having a different conversation because you were both being deliberately misleading about the meaning of words used. They are sales people and paid on how many conversions they do - getting customers back and preventing them from canceling. |

No more than were "conned" into thinking once they bought a Freeview box their reception problems would be over I suspect?
