No, no no... HP have thought of that, you put the knacker in the box
that the replacement is delivered in, peel off the delivery label
which magically becomes a return label, phone DHL (actually UPS now,
but they're switching in a few weeks) & the man will take it away.

Thanks for that. Sounds like an excellent service. (I think I'd
unconsciously dismissed that possibility on the grounds that far too
many scrotes would use it to blag 2 printers to sell as "new and
nused" - one "in unopened box" - for the sake of one unpaid/dodgy
credit card deal. But perhaps HP have ways to tell.)
