freesat v sky
I had sky+ installed a while ago and got the installer to connect the old
cable to the quad LNB but never used the redundant sky box yet. In fact the cable is sitting in the garden coiled up behind a bush. My son has decided to move back home and wants freesat NOT sky without a card because he says he will get more channels. So what extra channels will he get before I buy a freesat box as against using the old sky box without a card? Ron |

Just noticed this
a.. * ITV HD is not currently available to STV and UTV viewers so how do they stop you viewing, is there a card? Just so viewers in England know, here in Scotland, STV do not show The Bill and also Miss Marple and some other programmes on terrestrial analogue and digital and on channel 103 on Sky. Ron, who lives in Scotland and is getting fed up with STV not showing The Bill and other ITV programmes. No need to explain how I can watch it, I watch it on Sky 993 "Peter Duncanson" wrote in message ... No. What that means is that ITV HD is not accessible by Red Button on UTV or STV on Freesat. However it is available via Red Button on Freesat Channel 977 (ITV 1 London) which is accessible and recordable via the EPG in the UTV and STV regions.
