Is Dave ja vu (which used to be Dave +1) an awkward play on déjà vu?

I know that YeSTERDAY was UKTV History, but why the lower case 'e'?

I'd think that the mixed lower and upper case is similar to using letters
reversed and allows the ident to be copyrighted/trade marked - e.g. ABBA has
single B as mirror image and is a trademark

Truly awful puns like this show the planners have too much time on their
hands.

I thought it was quite imaginative.
Certainly more so than the predictable numbering of BBC channels.

But ultimately pointless

I don't think we need +1 channels using the limited bandwidth of
Freeview, if you wait a dew days the program you missed
gets repeated anyway

Thanks for the list, why is Quest taking until 14th May?

She said: Just seeing a Santa... Shall I try a Santa?
How the hell do you draw a Santa Claus?

It's written Yesterday on my Sony STB.

Look at the on-screen logo. I carefully wrote "lower case 'e'" rather
than "little 'e'" since the letter is the same height as the others.

You mean déja vu.

You mean "d e-acute j a-GRAVE v u".

I wrote it but your computer can't read it.

Comes out as 'Yesterday' on my receivers.

No , on the actual station advertising screen. YeSTERDAY. Classic design
studio ****s and their big ideas.

I guessed it was something like that but I still don't see what was the
idea of their ****ty design. For example, YesTERDAY is more affirmative,
while yesTERDAy is more proclamational with its implied fanfare.

And for how much longer will QUEST (ie Discovery) be coming soon?

14th May - so we'll get all those brilliant aeroplane documentaries etc?

And wildlife films with an American voice instead of Attenborough's.

I see Film 4 is starting earlier at 11am - why? they haven't the films
to show all day now.

They just have previews at 11am, and films shown during the afternoon can
often be the best ones - today you missed "I Was a Male War Bride".
