Get "Freesat from Sky". Still no subscription and total
equipment/installation cost £75.

See: http://www.freesatfromsky.co.uk/pay-once.aspx

Doing Freesat will cost a lot more that £75

Yes the freesat dish is £80, then digibox on top.
Nothing out to get the Sky £75 complete then change Sky box to a Freesat
one.

Freesat also allows you to decide what region you wish to live in, you
can avoid some of the less than superb local programmes.

Why change the box? It won't give you any more channels, a few less in fact.

It is surely! Cable gets BBCHD only. Sky gets C4HD as well. Freesat gets
ITVHD as well.
