Bleeding Toshiba...not
I had the Toshiba 40XF355DB for 8 months before it experienced a panel
fault. It had the white bleed from all corners when viewing dark backgrounds. The warranty replacement was a 40ZF355DB and it does not have the white bleed. I trolled through all the technical data in the manual and the only difference I could find was the ZF runs 10 watts higher than the XF. |

Perhaps it's me, and I am not reading your post correctly, but if the original set developed a fault, why is it worthy of note that the replacement set does not exhibit the same symptoms? -- Graham. %Profound_observation% |

The bleeding was a well known (documented on many reviews) but unfortunately non replaceable trait of the XF model. |
