S Video plug wiring
 

Can someone advise what are right connections from S Video cable I've
cut plug off, as I need to connect to old Video Modulator which takes
PS2 (eg like an old PC mouse)plug.

PS plug has 5 leads and on old CCTV camera set up these we
Blue PIR trigger (unused)
Red +12v DC
Yellow Video
Black 0v

What connections should I make to S Video?
Know these should be wired as
1 GND Ground (Y) . .
2 GND Ground © . .
3 Y Intensity (Luminance) 75 Ohms 1V incl. Sync.
4 C Color (Chrominance) 75 Ohms 0.3V Burst

(From solder side of plug, "0" are pin positions)
0 0
4 3

0 0
2 1

Cut S Video lead has 2 leads, and 2 screening leads.

You need to combine Luminance and Chrominance leads (with a cap) from
your cut cable, and then wire that to the PS2-like socket.
