Yes, but it's worth it for the STB and 4 months for 4-mix.
Throw the 45cm region 1 and single LNB away

Yes quite. Perhaps at some point some of the perfect posters in this
thread might like to tell us what it's like to have gone though life
with a halo over their head, and without ever making a single
mistake ever.

No one has said that they have never made a mistake or that they are
Mr Perfect, but we do know when to either keep quite or say "Sorry",
and defiantly when not to say something like "I don't care".

Freesat package is 80quid, plus another 50 for a standard STB

You have to really want HD

Yes but he wants to do the install, not hand it to Sky.

Anyway, enough said, eh?. All this bickering over a simple error has

Whereas I make mistakes all the time and admit it. But when something
happens once it gets up my nose when someone pounces on it.

Well if I'm honest I don't care. I think it's utterly trivial and frankly I
have far more important things to think about. This sort of nit-picking
prodnosery is more typical of an infants' classroom than anywhere else.

I suppose a newsgroup is a nice safe place in which to annoy other people
with your nitpickery. Much nicer than doing it in the real world, where a
smack on the nose might be the only tangible result.
