My question is - What building in Chester was the odd aerial installed? may give a clue as to its purpose. I think the store is T J Hughes and that particular building complex also housed Chester's Gateway Theatre until January 2007 (that may be the link), and if I'm correct across the road is the Chester Crowne Plaza Hotel and short stay car park underneath. |
